Co-Chairman of the European Aerospace Committee (EAC) – a joint Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) / TEBA participated in FTCC’s Committee summit & New Year Cocktail 2023.
On 11th January 2022, TEBA was honored to participate in FTCC’s Committee summit & New Year Cocktail 2023. During the event, Co-Chairman of the European Aerospace Committee (EAC) – a joint Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) / Thai European Business Association, Mr. Stefan Molnar introduced the EAC’s objectives, activities in 2022 and the 2023 roadmap. Thanks to FTCC for an impressive night.TEBA is very appreciated and looking to continue the corporation in 2023 further.
EU Global Action on Space event on “The benefits of the EU Space Programme and 3SOS”
The European Aerospace Committee (EAC) – a joint Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) / Thai European Business Association (TEBA) were honored to participate the EU Global Action on Space event on “The benefits of the EU Space Programme and 3SOS” organized by the EU Global Action on Space and the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union. We highly appreciate the insight in the EU Space Programme and the EU’s Space Safety and Sustainability initiative, delving into cooperation opportunities in space between the EU and stakeholders in the Indo-Pacific region. TEBA would like to express our sincere thanks for inviting this high-level event. In hope, we look forward to the great opportunity to participate in another exclusive event again.
TEBA SCM visit the Customs Department
[TEBA Advocacy] On August 16th, Thai-European Business Association (TEBA) had the honour to visit Mr. Patchara Anuntasilpa, Director-General at the Thai Customs Department and his colleagues from various Divisions. The discussion was lead by Mr. Tom Cachet, Chairman of TEBA Supply Chain Management Committee, Mr. Michelin Wiroj Tangcharoen, TEBA Honorary Advisor together with other TEBA Members (Deloitte, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo Car Thailand, Robert Bosch). During the meeting TEBA and Customs had an open discussion about Customs’ strategy and objectives for 2022/2023 and Customs’ role in Industry 4.0 and the BCG economy. AGM & Exclusive Dinner Talk
On Tuesday 29th March, the TEBA Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at Ballroom, Rembrandt Hotel & Suites, Sukhumvit 20. the TEBA Team reported last year’s activities, advocacy and the financials to our members. After that, we have also presented TEBA Working Groups and Committees: Automotive, European Aerospace Committee a joint FTCC / TEBA initiative, Digitalization, Supply Chain Management, Smart SMEs. Following the AGM, we had the exclusive dinner talk with Dr. Luxmon Attapich, Advisor to President, Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) on the captivating topic ‘Future Investment Opportunity in Thailand’. On March 7th, TEBA visited Mrs. Auramon Supthaweethum, Director-General, Department of Trade Negotiations (DTN). During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the EU-Thailand Free Trade Agreement (FTA) as well as discussed on future cooperation opportunities between TEBA and the DTN.
