On 8 June, the TEBA Supply Chain Management (SCM) Committee, led by Mr. Tom Cachet, with support from TEBA President Mr. Pierre Jaffre and representative from TEBA Members, visited Department of Foreign Trade (DFT), Director General, Mr. Ronnarong Phoolpipat. During the meeting, our committee addressed current FTA issues including CAROTAR challenges, invoicing under ASEAN+1 FTAs and recommendations for non-preferential origin determination. During the event, we had productive discussions on the progress of Thailand’s Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations, including the EU-Thailand, EFTA-Thailand, UAE- Thailand FTAs and the upgrades of the existing ASEAN + 1 FTAs.
