2021 Annual General Meeting

Dear TEBA members,
We would cordially invite you to join the 2021 Annual General Meeting, which will be held on:
Date: Friday 2nd April, 2021
Time: 10.00 – 11.30 hrs.
Venue: Rembrandt Hotel & Suites Bangkok
This year, we will present the 2020 overview, which includes the Annual Audit Representation Letter, Financial Report, Membership and Activities.
Furthermore, we will have an election TEBA Board of Director (one position of TEBA Board Member), which require the ordinary members to vote.
In case you are not be able to attend the AGM, please complete a provided proxy form to your representative(TEBA Board of Directors or the ordinary member). The reply proxy form shall be submitted by Wednesday 24th March 2021.
Regarding the vacant position of one Board Member, we would encourage you for nomination a suitable company representative.
